Dr. Stephen Lukasik was a consultant with SAIC for about 14 years, a Visiting Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) and a Visiting Professor of International Affairs at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech.

Prior to this, he was the Former Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA, now DARPA) and Former Chief Scientist of the Federal Communications Commission.
